Subject Matter: A 'Botanica' is a place where one can find plants and herbs that restore health and spirit. Historically, the Foxglove has been associated with both the Virgin Mary and the faerie folk. It figures prominently in both folklore and traditional medicine, but is deadly poisonous if improperly handled. However it can heal as well as harm.
